Polyurethane Tubes
KBL Systems are engaged in manufacturing, exporting and supplying of Polyurethane (PU) Tubes, Flexible Polyurethane Tubes and Polyurethane Tubes available with variety of colors and features. These Flexible Polyurethane Tubes and Polyurethane Tubes are available in ether and ester, both with optimum abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and low-temperature flexibility.
TUBE ID : 2 mm. TO 16 mm.
STANDARD LENGTHS : 50 mtr., 100 mtr., 200 mtr., 500 mtr., per roll.
COLOURS : Blue, Yellow, Red, Black, Green, White & Orange.
Salient Features:
- Five times lighter than rubber.
- Rubber like flexibility over a wide range of temperature and hence
radii of curvature can be very small without flattening and loss of
pressure.
- Excellent resistance to abrasion and low temperature. Resistance to
all types of weathering.
- Excellent resistance to oils, greases, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oxygen
and ozone.
- High cutting strength, Folding stability, Resistance to flex
cracking.
- Multicolours for easy identification
- In-built meter marking on the tube for ready measure
- ‘KBL’ holographic labels for genuineness
- Non toxic, No smell
- Working Pressure - upto 10Kg/Cm2
- (Subjected to standard wall thickness)
